I founded 1804 Labs after spending years working directly inside the AWS ecosystem alongside startups, AWS sellers, and Partner Sales Managers.
I watched a lot of smart founders struggle with the same thing. Not the technology. Not the product. The gap between having an AWS Marketplace listing and actually using it to close deals. That gap is real, it is expensive, and it is almost never talked about honestly.
I built 1804 Labs to close it.
Most of the work inside AWS Marketplace happens at the intersection of sales, partnerships, procurement, and product positioning. Founders are expected to understand how listings, Private Offers, co-sell motions, and AWS programs connect, often without clear guidance and rarely with someone in their corner who has actually done it.
I have worked directly with AWS sellers, Partner Sales Managers, Marketplace, and startup GTM teams across multiple stages. What I kept seeing was the same pattern: founders who had real products and real customers but could not figure out how to make AWS work for them in a way that felt like a sales channel rather than a compliance exercise.
1804 Labs was built from that experience. Not from a consulting playbook. From actual deals, actual co-sell conversations, and actual Marketplace submissions.
Founders were not failing because AWS Marketplace lacked opportunity. They were struggling because the system was never explained in a way that mapped to real sales cycles, real buyers, or real startup constraints.
Most teams treated Marketplace as a compliance task. Others waited too long to engage AWS at all. In both cases deals stalled, momentum was lost, and AWS remained a logo instead of a channel.
The AWS Marketplace GTM Sprint was created to solve that problem. A focused, structured approach that gives founders clarity, speed, and confidence without long consulting cycles or unnecessary overhead.
1804 marks the year Haiti became the first Black republic in the world after a successful revolution for independence.
The name represents clarity, determination, and the ability to build something meaningful while navigating systems that were not originally designed for you.
At 1804 Labs, that spirit reflects a core belief: founders deserve a clear path through complex ecosystems. AWS can feel intimidating and opaque, but with the right structure and guidance, it becomes a source of leverage, influence, and opportunity.
We focus on what moves deals now, not everything AWS offers. You will not get a 40-page framework. You will get a clear path.
Every founder's situation is different. You get a structured process that adapts to your stage, your product, and your sales motion.
The Sprint is built to move fast. You stay focused on customers and product while we handle the AWS side.
Marketplace is a sales motion, not a partnership checkbox. Everything we do is oriented around deals, not appearances.
Apply for the Launch Sprint. We will confirm fit first. If it is not the right time, we will tell you. If it is, we get to work.
